- The product has not been tampered with, opened, or partially consumed.
- The original receipt or order confirmation is available.
- The product is not listed under non-returnable items below.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used supplements, vitamins, or herbal products
- Perishable or consumable goods
- Personal care and hygiene products once opened
- Products purchased on sale or with a special discount
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
- Upon approval, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
